Algar House, Isleworth
Based in Isleworth, West London, Algar House is a new build boutique development of two 800+ sq ft luxury apartments. They’re being constructed to a high standard using bespoke stone detailing and a traditional portico design coupled with sash windows. The interiors are finished using german kitchens, solid wood flooring and designer bathroom finishings.
The project is due to complete at the beginning of Q2 2021 and the properties will be released for sale.
The Pavement, Isleworth
Once a derelict tired building which had been left vacant for a number years, this site was purchased with vacant possession. We obtained planning permission to develop the site into a smaller commercial unit with two one bedroom residential units in the upper parts. We managed to secure a great covenant for the commercial space signing their lease in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The residential units have been completed to a high standard.
The project was completed Q2 2020 and the property remains in the portfolio.
The Quadrant, Richmond
In the heart of Richmond town centre sits this beautiful building which used to be home to Halifax bank. London Roc have agreed a lease with a new AAA Commercial tenant to occupy the basement, ground and part first floor. A residential scheme for the upper parts is currently being designed and we look forward to bringing this tired building back to life.
Amyand Park, Richmond
Held in the same family for over 25 years this detached house in St Margarets village in Richmond was purchased unconditionally. It was lightly refurbished and is now let out. The planning proposal has been submitted to the local authority and we anticipate being able to start building out a residential scheme in Q3 2021.
